Troubleshooting & Best Practices
Ball Toss Adjustment
Do not loosen/turn left too far or the spring tension nut will come off.
Fiberglass Pole Handling
Handle carefully; excessive force will break them. Watch the setup video for guidance.
Ball Feeder Capacity
Works best with 4 – 6 balls; too many balls may cause clogging.
AC Adapter Usage
May require an extension cord.
Metal Spacer Importance
Ensures proper ball flow from chute to feeder.
Powering the Feeder
After turning OFF, wait 30 seconds before restarting to prevent overheating.
Adjusting the Ball Tray
If balls get stuck or pop out, adjust the back strap:
- Tighten to create more slack in the net.
- Loosen to prevent balls from getting caught.
Maintenance & Safety Tips
Windy Conditions
Secure the frame using a bungee cord or weights.
Storage
Do not leave setup for extended periods—temperature fluctuations weaken fiberglass poles.
Weather Protection
Not recommended to leave the product outdoors in rain, storms, or harsh conditions.
Smartphone App Usage
- Ensure proper lighting conditions and plain backgrounds for accurate operation.
- iPhone must be fully charged for best performance.
